Your Bouquet

 See a photo of the bouquet actually dispatched for you Unlike traditional floral transmission networks, Aquarelle.es controls the entire fabrication process... The bouquet delivered must correspond to the type of bouquet ordered, as presented on our web site. Aquarelle.es composes the exact bouquet you have chosen to send! We then take a photo of the bouquet just before it is dispatched. This photo must be that of the actual bouquet to be dispatched, as chosen by the sender. You will receive by email the photo of the bouquet composed especially for you, taken just before it left our premises! That way, you can check the quality and conformity of your bouquet yourself. To benefit from this service, simply tick the appropriate box on the order form.

Send a written message with your bouquet Aquarelle.es offers you the option to enclose a message with your bouquet. Simply enter your text in the appropriate box on the order form.

Delivery times:

Aquarelle.es takes great care of your bouquet so that it arrives perfectly fresh.
Orders may be placed within hours or even a month in advance, according our "Delivery Schedule":

- Madrid capital (Postal Code = 280--):
  • Monday to Friday from 11:00 to 15:00, 15:00 to 18:00 and 18:00 to 21:00. Orders accepted until one hour before closing each delivery fringe.
  • Saturdays 11:00 to 14:00. Orders accepted until 17:00 of Friday before delivery.
  • Sundays and holydays: only for special dates as Saint Valentine or Mother's Day.
- Main cities (PC = --0--):
  • Tuesday to Saturday from 8:00 to 14:00. For orders accepted until 17:00 from the day before delivery.
- Minor cities (PC = -----):
  • Tuesday to Friday from 8:00 to 14:00. For orders accepted until 17:00 from the day before delivery.
If the chosen date is holiday in the destination town, the bouquet will be delivered the following working day.

All our bouquets are delivered in a gel which especially designed to conserve its freshness allowing its conservation for several days (very much appreciated by new mothers and by busy hostesses).

Your birthday and date reminder

 From the moment you join the Aquarelle Club, with every fourth order you place, you will benefit from a discount equivalent to 10% of the total amount of your previous 3 orders. Membership is entirely free of charge.

If you wish to join the Aquarelle Club :

Simply create a personal Aquarelle.es account, on which all your purchases are recorded. This account is protected by an id – your surname - and your personal Aquarelle Club card number, which you will enter every time you place an order or consult your account.

With every fourth order you place, you will receive a discount equivalent to 10 % of the total value of the previous 3 orders. After each discount, the counter will be reset to zero. Each time you validate an order, you will be informed of the status of your account.
